A wooden furniture factory in Thailand has been raided by police looking for smuggled tobacco.
The country's Pattaya Daily News reports that officers went to "Ma Furniture" in Banglamung and found workers arranging tobacco into wooden cabinets.
According to the paper, the Golden Virginia being distributed throughout the 20 wooden units was worth three million Thai baht (almost £50,000).
Mr Ma, the owner of the factory, was arrested while one of his workers claimed that his boss had been hired by a British man to manufacture furniture in order to hide smuggled tobacco in the wooden cabinets.
The tobacco was reportedly picked up by a container truck over the weekend to be taken to a seaport and exported.
Meanwhile $10,000 (£5,000) of furniture stolen in the US last week has been found. The furniture, including an oakdining table, mattresses and dressing tables, had been donated to a non-profit organisation after the death of its owners.
According to reports, the owners' daughter was told that the company's employees had collected the furniture from her parents' house and taken it to their own homes instead of their New Orleans shop to be sold.
